PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order on-line you are agreeing to the terms and
conditions set out below.
Shopping at Premium Paper Rolls either on-line or by mail
order is for the sale and delivery of goods within all of the
UK & Ireland, including the Scottish Highlands & Islands
and offshore islands.
We accept all major credit and debit cards in payment of goods.
All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT (currently 17.5%).
With prior agreement we accept purchase orders from companies
and local authorities.

DELIVERY
Charges for delivery of goods are as followed are are determined
by postcode.

Goods are shipped either by courier or Royal Mail (1st Class).
For delivery times to be achieved, orders should be placed by
2.00pm (14:00). We accept no liability and shall not be held
responsible for late delivery by couriers or Royal Mail.

BACK ORDERS
We stock 95% of goods listed on our website. If your item is
not in stock it will be back ordered for you. In the event that
your item is not in stock, you will be e-mailed and given the
option to cancel your order.

RETURNS
Goods ordered incorrectly may be returned at the customer's expense.
A charge (currently £6.95) shall be levied for administrative
purposes. Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition in
all respects and are subject to a re-stocking fee as follows:
Goods returned within 7 days - 0%
Goods returned in 7 - 28 days - 15%
Goods returned after 28 days - 25%

NON-DELIVERY
Should goods be returned due to non-delivery, a refund of
the total cost of the goods less a charge (currently £6.95)
per parcel shall be deducted to cover return courier carry costs.

CANCELLATIONS
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you legally have 7
days to cancel an order and return it for credit. Goods returned
must be in a re-saleable condition in all respects and subject
to a fee of 35% in addition to the re-stocking charges as above.

PRIVACY
Premium Paper Rolls do not disclose customers' information to
third parties other than order details except for order fulfilment.
In this case, the third party will not disclose any order details
to any other party.

We are confident our website and payment process is 100% secure.
Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption and
are not held in clear text on any website.
